Spiders in the House? We'll Be There Today.

Quick service, text-first access, and treatments designed to last, starting at $49/mo

Tired of spiders showing up in basements, attics, garages, crawlspaces, and living spaces? Your home gets treated inside and out using EPA-registered products, webs are removed where accessible, and your technician returns at no extra charge if activity continues between scheduled visits.

Our Process

Our Process for Practical Spider Control and Protection

Simple. Thorough. Every Time.

Your technician starts every spider control visit with a thorough inspection, checking foundations, crawlspaces, attics, basements, garages, baseboards, and other quiet corners where spiders and the insects they hunt can hide.

Accessible webs are removed around eaves and entryways, then targeted treatments are applied to active areas with EPA-registered products. The exterior perimeter is also treated to reduce new spider activity before it moves inside. If activity continues between scheduled visits, your technician returns to inspect and re-treat your home at no additional cost.

The Tri-Annual Story

Fewer Visits. Better Products. Longer Protection.

Fewer, better applications designed for longer-lasting results

Tri-Annual Service

Our plans include service three times a year, every four months. Products are selected to last the full cycle, so pests can't build resistance and your home gets less exposure overall.

Longer-Lasting Products

Our products are designed to keep working long after we leave. No drop-off between visits, just consistent protection month after month.

Product Rotation

Pests can develop resistance to repeated applications of the same active ingredient. We rotate active ingredients between visits so pests can't build resistance. Resistance prevention is built into every plan, not an afterthought.

Technician was very good at finding the termite bait stations, and replaced one that had been damaged. He identified one potential problem area in the garage, but verified that there was no pest activity now.

Was having crawlspace work done and the workers saw termites. Sage was able to come out the same day and our technician, Justin, was not only very thorough with eliminating them but worked with our hectic schedule to ensure that both the termite treatment and our regular pest control was taken care of. Their responsiveness and professionalism really impressed me and saved us from delaying work on our crawlspace.
